NJ Employer Neurology Integrated Care Manager in Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey

Company Job ID-4247BRThis position will have accountability for developing strategy and executing tactics within their assigned geography to generate product utilization and consistently achieve product goals. In addition to calling on HCPs, the NCM will be responsible for building awareness on the cost burden of epilepsy to the provider system, delivering appropriate outcome related data, and understanding and communicating impactful quality measures in the epilepsy space. Utilizing this information, the Neurology Care Manager will interact with HCPs to educate and appropriately drive utilization of Eisais Epilepsy Brands to help improve patient health, reduce healthcare costs, and enhance the patient experience. He/she will work appropriately with Level 3 and 4 Epilepsy Centers to increase their use and understanding of Eisais Epilepsy Brands to improve care algorithms, pathways and address transition of care issues (connecting medical as requested by the customer). The Neurology Care Manager will also work closely with local Epilepsy Foundation Chapters and partner with Corporate Advocacy to improve local patient advocacy, care guidelines (including transitions of care) and patient disease education. The Neurology Care Manager (NCM) will also be responsible for leading the integrated planning across multiple NBG functions within the Epilepsy Center of Excellence (ECE) and surrounding communities. This will include working with key stakeholders to develop market strategy, patient engagement strategy, and strategy for the ECE while actively building relationships, and partnerships for continued growth with key opinion leaders. They will orchestrate and conduct Executive Exchanges in targeted centers within their assigned geography. Essential Functions 1.Achieve assigned sales goals by interacting with HCPs to educate and drive demand for Eisais Epilepsy Brands 2.Analyze the local environment and identify/understand influencers within the assigned ECE accounts, translate knowledge into actionable market insights to develop customer plans that optimize brand positioning, drive demand and improve patient outcomes3.Develop internal cross functional relationships with sales, market access, medical, HEOR and other necessary cross-functional team members to ensure a high level of integrated planning to facilitate collaboration and the exchange of information including ECE customer knowledge4.Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within accounts (e.g., KOLs, Medical Director, Quality Director, C-suite, Director of Pharmacy, Industry Relations, etc.) and identify opportunities for further engagement5.Monitor progress in accounts and evolve action plans as appropriate (contacts, plan execution, volume growth, and market share); Manage overall commercial performance of accounts6.Align budgets and resources to account(s) in a way that optimizes return on investment7.Partner with local representatives and DMs to ensure pull-thru and progress of the plans and goals built for the surrounding communities of the ECE8. Drive company leased vehicle to meetings with health care providers and other appropriate stakeholders and partners. 9. When necessary, travel overnight including within territory and to conferences, training and sales meetingsJob QualificationsBA/BS Degree required; MBA or advanced degree in a related field preferred 7-10 years of previous specialty pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical marketing/sales and account management experience required; Experience managing major accounts and understanding influence patterns, and previous IDN/Health System selling experience in local area required/highly preferred Understanding of integrated health system operations and integrated care delivery models, including economics, supporting processes and behaviors Knowledge of IDN needs, population health management, ACOs, and risk-based payment models; Understanding of the a
