As Account Executive of Reserve outlets of Triveneto area in the highly influential top-end On-Trade, you will play a crucial role in building the status, equity and rate of sale of our brands through delivery of brand objectives.

The main outlets focused will be restaurants, hotels, wineshops & premium cocktail bars and nightclubs (pacemaker).

Decision maker for:

Reserve Customer plan: Determines customer role / activity plans / investment profile in order to deliver plan

Customer Business Performance Mgt: Defines Best view forecast & forward investment plan for the customer(s)

Pricing & Promotional effectiveness: Method of implementation of pricing corridors & promotional tramlines within customer(s)

Reserve Customer Budget accountability

Commercial Investment per all customers

Essential Qualifications / knowledge / experience required / languages

• A strong and broad track record in Commercial with experience of leading strategic planning with customers

• Experience of generating great outcomes through others: motivating and inspiring teams

• Highly skilled in fostering commitment through advance negotiation skills, resolving conflict and creating collaborative relationships

• In depth understanding of distributors, key customers and competitors: their businesses and their shoppers/drinkers

• Able to coach of both functional and leadership capability development in commercial leaders.

• Fluent in English and Italian
