We’re currently looking for a Senior Agile Project Manager to join our Decision Analytics team and manage software development projects, to meet identified business needs, acquiring and utilizing the necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales, and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Takes full responsibility and accountability for the definition, planning, documentation including tracking/reporting, governance and satisfactory completion of medium/large-scale projects

• Acts as an advocate for the project and product

• Provides effective leadership to product/project development teams and takes appropriate action

• Ensure all Projects are delivered within the agreed processes and procedures, enabling continuous improvement

• Proactively identifies, assesses, communicates and manages risks to the success of the project.

• Ensures that realistic project and quality plans are prepared and maintained

• Provides regular and accurate reports to stakeholders as appropriate.

• Ensure effective collaboration and sound working relationship between all internal and external teams and contributors working on the project.

• Builds and maintains effective relationships with key stakeholders

• Manages the change control procedure and lead change management efforts

• Ensures that project deliverables are completed within planned cost, timescale and resource budgets, and are signed off.

• Ensure all relevant Metrics, KPI and reporting information is accurate and delivered to agreed timescales

The successful candidate will have:

• Demonstrable hands on experience of delivering software development project

• Has experience of PRINCE2/PRINCE2 Agile project methodology or equivalent.

• Significant knowledge of the IT project lifecycle.

• Significant experience of an IT or an applications development environment.

• Multitasks, relates actions to goals

• Goal orientated & strong delivery/milestone focus

• Proven leadership, management and communication skills

• Experienced in full lifecycle project management implementation

• Strong planning skills

• Proven ability to manage a skilled multidisciplinary global project teams working globally

• Strong communication and influencing skills
