The Project Management Office has an opening for a Business Systems Consultant 4, fulfilling the duties of a Business Analyst. This role will be responsible for managing project support for a variety of Personal Lending Group (PLG) initiatives.

This position requires specific business expertise around Wells Fargo Consumer Lending systems and processes, including but not limited to:

  • EPM – A project methodology that identifies the groups and deliverables necessary for successful project completion – Charter, Requirements, Change Requests and Requirements Traceability

  • Collaborate with internal Wells Fargo teams and external vendors/partners to consult, analyze, and execute complex projects to support Wells Fargo/Line of Business (LOB) and regulatory initiatives

  • Understand project objectives and provide technical assistance for project requirements/approaches and timelines

  • Cleanly execute sustainable and dynamic solutions

  • Coordinate project changes, including obtaining consensus from key stakeholders and securing resources

  • Work with user groups to consult on training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes

  • Provide technical assistance in identifying and evaluating system/procedure refinements

  • Represent PLG Change Delivery as a subject matter expert (SME) on project teams, consultation efforts, and issue resolutions

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience, or a combination of both

  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills

  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

  • A BS/BA degree or higher
