Customer Service experience (Customer facing, not call center)
Strong Written and verbal Communication skills

-Field Service Rep.
This individual will be responsible for delivering products to clients within a defined territory, mostly comprised of hospitals. The job will consist of providing exceptional customer service to clients along with conducting quality control on the instruments/products as well. Occasionally patient deliveries and service call. This role is not only a driving one. There will also be the QC aspect of the role which candidates need to be comfortable with. They will be cleaning the machines that were used and need to be reset for the next customer.
