The Data and Technology Support Analyst is a professional responsible for supporting the functions of Wealth Management’s Data and Technology Team. The Data and Technology Support Analyst role will be responsible to:Deliver superior service levels for both colleagues and clientsEnsure timely and well organized communication, whether written or verbal, to management in order to provide opportunity for prompt response including any necessary decision around changes to be implementedSupport teammates regularly, primarily in the form of executing existing policies/procedures in a timely and accurate mannerStrive for operational efficiency, including seizing opportunities to improve processes, time management practices and communications.Contribute towards maintaining a strong risk management environmentSupport senior management with projects, as needed
