Lockheed Martin F-35 Training Ops and Sustainment Capture Manager in Orlando, Florida

Description: The successful candidate will serve as the Capture Manager for new business in the F-35 Training Operations and Sustainment (TO&S) team within the F-35 Training market segment of the Training and Logistics (TLS) line of business. The position reports to the Director of F-35 Training Operations and Sustainment. The selected candidate will be responsible for the strategy, cost, schedule, and technical aspects of proposals frequently exceeding $100M in value with a potential portfolio value of approximately $0.7B over the next 5 years. Responsible for partnering with F-35 Training leads (business development, finance, Engineering, etc.) to drive the new business strategy including managing the execution of strategic initiatives and transitioning a portfolio of qualified opportunities through offer development, proposal submittal, negotiations, and award in partnership with Business Development. Supports the development of strategic plans, call plans, and qualification of new Operations and Sustainment opportunities. Forms and leads cross discipline teams required to execute tasks.
