PARAMETRIX Transportation CiviL Engineer III-IV (#1013) Parametrix, a leading engineering, planning, environmental sciences and construction management consulting firm, is seeking an Engineer III-IV to join our team of dedicated professionals in Salt Lake City, Utah. WHO YOU ARE: Talented & Experienced: You have your BSCE, PE and 5+ years of transportation engineering experience. Knowledgeable: Previous experience providing support for state and local jurisdiction (City and County) transportation projects and familiarity with AASHTO, MUTCD and FHWA standards. Planning and design experience with UDOT, UTA and-or other local municipalities in the Salt Lake City region for multidisciplinary projects focused on highways, freeways, interchanges, intersections, roundabouts transit, trails (non-motorized), and BRT. Delivery Focused: Ability to manage tasks on projects big and small and stick to scope, schedule and budget. Experienced with conceptual, preliminary design, and final design- PS&E. Relationship-focused: Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative approach, and a team player. Should thrive on working with clients and project teams to provide maintain quality deliverables. The successful candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain client relationships. Interested in providing mentorship and oversight to junior team members. Hard Working: You care deeply about delivering for your clients and your quality work reflects this.
