We are currently looking for a Corporate Meeting & Event Planner for our office in Salt Lake City,UT. As a Corporate Event & Meeting Planner,you will work directly with the Director of Corporate Events on all corporate meetings and events. Manage and coordinate all aspects of event planning of client events including client visits,forums,golf outings,affiliate convention events (ICWs) and conferences.Work closely with the marketing team to develop,plan and execute events that support strategic plans.Develop and manage event calendars across multiple company divisions.Create and manage cost proposals and budgets for all events.Leverage event industry relationships and trends to problem-solve and support strategic plans.Introduce event technology solutions and partners with marketing to ensure brand compliance.Understand the target audience of the event and-or tradeshow. Partners with the convention team to uncover opportunities for improvement.Measure and report on event outcomes.Develop and implement procedures for event planning best practices.Support the Corporate Events team on other projects and strategic initiatives.Domestic travel required.Other duties as assigned by management.What You'll Bring:Established vendor relationships in the event industry including DMCs,production and promotional-print vendors.Experience working with attendee registration software,preferably Cvent.Experience with incentive travel programs,including pre-planning,attendee management and onsite execution.Excellent organization and attention to detail.Knowledge of the healthcare staffing industry,business metrics and reports.Education & Experience:A minimum of 3 years of experience planning long-distance events in multiple cities.
