Job Overview

To establish a high degree of excellent in our Guest rooms, suites and corridors, ensuring the Customer receives only the highest standard of services that are equal to the high level of Guest and Management expectations.


Hours of Work:

  1. 7:00 A.M. – 3:00 P.M.

  2. 8:00 A.M. – 4:00 P.M.

  3. 2:00 P.M. – 10:00 P.M.

  4. Responsible for training of all Room Attendants.

  5. Ensure all floors are stocked properly and adherence to all pars.

  6. Ensure all china, glass and silver is in excellent condition and is maintained at all times.

  7. Ensure the standard of guest rooms is equal to our high degree of excellence.

  8. Inspect and complete inspection reports.

  9. Immediately report any damaged scene or any reported by Room Attendant so the corridors and equipment are kept to the high standards.

  10. Report any burned out lights, other than what the Room Attendants are to replace.

  11. Any engineering issues should be reported directly to the Main Linen Room.

  12. Ensure Lost & Found items are turned directly in to the Main Linen Room on a daily basis. These items are never to be left on the floor overnight.

  13. Keep halls clear of trash, soiled linen, cribs and other Guest service equipment.

  14. Be responsible for the input of all status of Guest rooms.

  15. Ensure Room Attendant is working at all times and that Room Attendants are fully equipped with the supplies that they need to take care of the Guest.

  16. Exhibit a high degree of gracious hospitality, greet Customers at all times and exhibit philosophy of one-stop shopping.

  17. Handle guest requests as necessary

  18. Complete any special assignment, directed by the Housekeeping Manager or the Director of Services promptly.

  19. Housekeeping supervisors will be responsible for reporting the performance of associates in their area to the Housekeeping Manager and the Director of Services.

  20. Any and all the assignments by the Assistant Executive Housekeeper or Director of Services must be followed through.
