This is a senior level Customer Service position. The incumbent is responsible for maintaining operating procedures retaining soundness operation, assist his/her subordinates providing extraordinary customer services to the Division’s Corporate while fulfilling client requests and check and release processed transactions in the bank’s front-end systems.
Review and verify deposit and credit transaction applications entered by processors are accurately completed and in compliance with applicable terms, conditions, procedures and guidelines.
Review and verify Bank’s legal documents submitted by clients to ensure accuracy.
Consult and support clients and Relationship Managers regarding Bank services and applicable regulations, laws, compliances and local guidance.
Assist his/her managers in completion of Bank wide and departmental level special projects.
Train new hires.
Review and verify daily work is completed in accordance with the set procedures with CCS specialists and with divisions in ODA NJ.
A minimum of 5 years of general Banking, with minimum of 3 years in commercial lending.
Broad knowledge of Credit Products and applicable laws/regulations.
Broad knowledge of Deposit Products and applicable laws/regulations.
General accounting knowledge.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Good customer service skills.
4 year college degree is preferred.
