Starting Pay Range
$65,674.00 - $94,406.00
CORE COMPETENCIES & ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Job Technical Skills – This position is responsible for financial planning and budgeting for the organization.
Prepares and finalizes monthly forecasts and annual budgets for the organization including related summary commentary and analysis. Prepares and monitors budgets for area of assignment.
Performs in-depth analysis of financial statements and supplemental filings to assess company's financial condition, to determine liquidity and financial needs, to identify prospective risks and to detect possible regulatory violations.
Conducts financial forecasting through use of financial modeling systems and works with other divisions to develop various scenarios ensuring accuracy of financial modeling results.
Analyzes processes and results to offer suggestions for continuous process improvements and process refinement to optimize reporting and findings.
Monitors and measures progress against financial targets and initiatives by using key performance indicators, established metrics and dashboards to support strategic decision-making, and participates in long range financial planning.
Assists with the design, planning, testing, evaluation and daily functional support of the financial planning and analysis system and the budget system, and trains users on new and existing functionality of the systems.
Budget development and analysis.
Proficient use of Excel, Access, and Enterprise systems. SAP experience preferred.
Conducting effective research.

Is able to use Microsoft Office (or equivalent) software to prepare spreadsheets for data analysis and reports for management review and approval.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in related field, and
Four years of progressively responsible experience in area of assignment, or
An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.
