Our Global S&P Operations team is at the heart of developing & executing sales support processes and procedures for administering, fulfilling and communicating both online and offline S&P orders. A bridge between S&P sales, other internal functions and external 3rd Party Distributors / Vendors, we use our peerless expertise to evaluate and implement improvements to S&P sales programs and processes – from planning and prioritization to Customer Specific SKU creation, pricing and margin strategies, automation, reporting and more. Put simply, we make sure the process of getting our ground-breaking S&P products and services to customers as simple and seamless as possible. Our 3rd Party Hardware & Software business is exciting and critical to supporting unique customer needs to complete a solution.
Deliver a positive customer experience,
Provide pre-sales and/or post-sales operational support
Research S&P customer requirements and/or issues, and deliver solutions working cross-functionally (internally & externally) to resolve them
Submit Customer Specific SKU requests to SKU Managment and communicate required information to sales in a timely fashion
Deal register 3rd Party Hardware & Software opportunites with partners
Provide end to end support e.g. Special bid pricing on Large Opportunities, CS SKU setup and follow through to quote and order
Customer focused, with strong communication and inter-personal skills
A self-starting & motivated team player with an ability to build relationships & deal with people in a dynamic and pressurised environment
Strong planning, prioritisation and organisational skills, with ability to close within tight time frames to meet deadlines
Analytical experience & Intermediate computer skills e.g. Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint & capable of learning new applications
2+ years of work experience and Degree in Business Management or MA in Business Management
Experience of direct customer interaction
Knowledge of Dell tools & processes e.g. Harmony
Knowledge of distribution, partners and reseller landscape
Knowledge of S&P manufacturers, publishers and licensing programs
