Lockheed Martin Technical Service Engineer Sr - Life Cycle Sustainment Management - Secret Clearance Required in Lexington, Kentucky

Description: Performs duties as the Visual Augmentation Systems (VAS) Life Cycle Sustainment Manager (LCSM) for specific equipment. Works closely with Customer PM/APM's, local Government Representatives, Suppliers, Production personnel and other LM functional departments to establish, facilitate and coordinate sustainment support for VAS equipment. Coordinates and executes elements of LCSM actions executed through the Supply Support Activity for initial issue, spares, repairs, parts and disposal utilizing a Government automation system. Develops recommendations for stock, tracks and reports usage, analyzes and recommends adjustments. Provides day to day guidance and training to VAS team, oversees entire operation and directly impacts the success of the program. Prepares and presents briefings to customers. Evaluates, analyzes and provides recommendations for how to continually improve the VAS processes. Travel as required.

Desired Skills: Previous LCSM experience

Previous Military experience

Previous Night Vision technical and logistical experience

Familiar with military documentation (DD 1149, DD 1348, DA 2404, DA 2407 and DA 3161)

Proficient with MS Office Excel, Power Point and Word

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be familiar with the elements of Life Cycle Sustainment Management

Must have excellent oral and written communication skills

Must be able to take direction from multiple sources

Must be flexible and able to multitask

Must be able to prepare and present briefings to small and large crowds of people

Must be able to track costs, analyze trends and prepare budgets

Must be able to work with a team

Travel as required
