Lockheed Martin Subcontract Administrator Staff in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania

Description: Proactively manage the complete subcontract life-cycle from proposal identification/shaping of initial need, SOW generation, preparing bid packages, analysis of subcontractor offers, cost and price analysis, order placement, delivery status and tracking hardware/SDRLs for assigned subcontracts through closure.

Interface with both internal and external customers including Sr. Management. Work closely with Engineering, Production Operations, Quality, Program Management on hardware development and delivery as leader of Subcontract Management Team.

Provide status / charts in PMO meetings and resolve problems with input from IPTs. Must be able to work autonomously as necessary with reduced oversight.

Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance, interim secret clearance required prior to starting. Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet and maintain eligibility requirements for access to classified information. US citizenship required.

Desired Skills: Successful candidate must be a self-starter, goal oriented and able to interact with various suppliers, internal customers and peers to achieve desired goals.

Successful candidate will be able to resolve supplier performance issues, resolve internal programmatic issues that may affect supplier performance, and communicate issues and status successfully with peers and management.

Proficiency in P2P (SAP) procurement system,

Cross-functional knowledge of Supplier Quality and Engineering as they relate to subcontract management

IPT/SMT leadership experience.

Leadership skills displaying attributes of Full Spectrum Leadership.

Significant supply chain management/procurement experience, including LMAP/FAR expertise.

Proven Negotiation skills.

Ability to interpret various program specific requirements.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors degree in a related discipline

Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload to meet program/customer needs

Excellent verbal and written communication skills,

Detail and process oriented

Ability to analyze and organize supplier data for reporting purposes

Negotiation experience including the ability to negotiate with suppliers

Experience working in a collaborative/teaming environment

Ability to interpret technical information

Experience in P2P, LMAP & FAR
