Required Skills Minimum Requirements: * High School Diploma or GED * Proof of current certification designated as Certified Surgical Technologist CST provided through the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs CAAHEP * Ability to stand for the majority of the work time; sometimes wearing a 10 lb. x-ray apron for several hours at a time; lifting 50lbs. pushing/pulling 125lbs.,frequent lifting 1-25 lb. sterile trays during the course of the day * Good communication and written skills * Ability to handle stressful situations and changing conditions; flexibility to adapt to scheduling changes and changes in patient condition.
