SMG Kitchen Supervisor in Jackson, Mississippi
Oversees all kitchen guidelines for quality and safety. Manages the day to day activities of the kitchen staff. Cooks and prepares food for banquets, buffets and concessions. Maintains proper inventory levels with the Sous Chef. Coordinates with the lead stewards the proper maintenance and cleanliness of all kitchen equipment, event set ups and break downs. Ensure that all food items are prepared according to standard recipes. Has familarity with all kitchen tools like mixers, grill, food processors, steam kettles and fryers to name a few. Must also be able to teach proper use to staff.
