We are looking for a dedicated individual to become a part of our legal organization. The successful candidate will join Pratt & Whitney’s Legal Operations team, providing legal counsel and support to nearly all aspects of Pratt’s global operations. This attorney will be based in East Hartford, CT and will report directly to the Vice President & Counsel, Operations for Pratt. This attorney will be a generalist, providing legal counsel in a variety of areas, including: • Facilities Management and Energy and Utilities Matters • Real Estate and Construction Transactions • Investigation and Resolution of Legal Disputes • Domestic & International Corporate Governance • Global Supply Chain Contracts.

Qualification: Basic Qualifications:

Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited institution and admission to either the Connecticut Bar or another state bar with eligibility for Connecticut Authorized In-House.

4 years of experience in private practice providing counsel to large corporate clients

US Citizen due to program requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks

Must have a business-oriented, pragmatic approach to challenges that arise in a fast-paced environment.
