Experian Executive Administrative/Office Coordinator in Costa Mesa, California

An exciting opportunity has come up within our fast-moving Health Business unit. We are looking for a highly articulate and customer service-oriented individual to support and coordinate the fun and dynamic Experian Health Costa Mesa team, including executive support, onboarding functions, supporting projects, creating office team building events and coordinating general office operations. The ideal candidate for this position will have extreme attention to detail, impeccable organization and project management skills, the ability to multi-task and strong power point/visio and excel skills. This role requires an upbeat individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills who wants to expand and continually challenge themselves by being an integral part of the Health team and its mission.

Specific areas of responsibility include:

• Smooth running of office administration and projects

• Participate in special projects across the different Health teams

• Assist in the facilitation of office events

• Fulfill office front desk duties including greeting visitors, daily distribution of mail, ordering of office supplies, and being first point of contact.

• Fulfill office manager duties including coordinating with office vendors and facility management

• Help drive company culture through ad hoc engagement initiatives

• Ad hoc projects and Health BU support as needed

• Support executives with travel planning and general administration

• Assist with new hire setup including organizing new hire equipment, processing new hire paperwork, and helping add new users to employee systems

• Administer and manage our leaver process with HR including generation of leaver emails for managers and removing users from internal systems.

• Ad hoc projects and Health BU support as needed

Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate will be professional, articulate and confident. He or she will have a positive outlook and be comfortable working within a fast-paced, dynamic company in the Health technology industry. We are looking for a pro-active self-starter with a ‘can-do’ and flexible attitude and approach to work, someone with ability to manage projects and an excellent communicator.

Additional requirements include:

• Bachelor’s degree required

• 2+ years of experience in an administrative function preferred

• Proficient at MS Office applications including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.

• Strong PowerPoint and Visio skills an advantage

• Basic understanding of HRIS software

• Diligent, highly organized, project management mind-set and strong attention to detail.

• Ability to prioritize high priority requests and work under pressure.

• Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills with extreme discretion of sensitive material.
