The Properties Lease Consultant 3 position is responsible for providing effective lease management services and coordinating communication with Corporate Properties Group members within a geographic area for a complex portfolio. Reviews lease documents and administers leases in accordance with the lease agreements. Assures vendor payments of rent and common area maintenance (CAM) and CAM reconciliations. Identifies locations within the portfolio for potential lease audits, determines subtenant share of reimbursable expenses and oversees billing. Maintains subtenant and tenant rent roll. Reviews subtenant aged receivables, identifies all revenue due under leases, and ensures compliance of lease provisions by tenant, Provides assistance to the Regional Lease Manager on special projects and other specialized duties or responsibilities as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of properties experience, lease negotiation experience, or a combination of both

Desired Qualifications:

  • SAP application exposure; preferably within Wells Fargo's Corporate Properties Group

  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities

  • Ability to communicate effectively with business partners and project managers

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important

  • Ability to work in a fast paced deadline driven environment

  • Outstanding problem solving and decision making skills

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills

  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro
