The Enterprise Program and Project Management Office (EPMO) was established by the Enterprise Project Transformation (EPMT) effort that was launched last year to enhance the ownership, organizational structure, standardization, and oversight of project management functions across the company. Significant change in how Wells Fargo governs, organizes, manages and executes projects is vital, not only to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our projects, but also to reduce our operational risk.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the new Portfolio Management Quality Effectiveness (PMQE) team which is a subset of the Enterprise Portfolio Management Quality and Support (EPMQS) team within the EMPO. The PMQE team is responsible to ensure all EPMQS program documentation is maintained and continuous improvement and change management processes are documented, in place, and followed. This team also solutions adhoc requests that impact EPMQS and fosters and encourages team member engagement. This team manages administration and content support for several EPMQS team SharePoint sites.

Job Responsibilities

• Act as SCA for the external and internal facing SharePoint sites for the EPMQS team and our GPMO partners

• Maintain Continuous Improvement Process for EPMQS

• Continuous Improvement liaison for EPMQS

• Change Management/Readiness liaison for Methodology and Policy changes that impact the broader EPMQS team

• Maintain communication Protocols for EMPQS Team

• Assist with all EPMQS outward facing reporting

• Assist with any adhoc requests

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ year of experience in one or a combination of the following: administrative support, project management, implementation, business operations or strategic planning in financial services

Desired Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of SharePoint administration experience

  • Ability to present reports to and interact with senior leaders

  • Change management experience

  • Knowledge and understanding of creation of basic charts and workflows using Visio

  • Microsoft Excel spreadsheets experience importing, exporting, and manipulating data

  • Professional presentation skills

  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills

  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Knowledge and understanding of project management and implementation

  • Ability to communicate confidentially and professionally

  • Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas

  • Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment

  • Ability to be flexible and adjust plans quickly to meet changing business needs
