The successful Candidate:
-Will be the Financial Analyst on one or more Laser development programs. These programs may consist of Customer and/or Internal R&D programs and respective business models.
- Will be responsible for the execution and maintenance of the program's performance measurement baseline, long range planning and monthly Outlook for Orders/Sales/EBIT/Cash forecasts, Contract Status Reviews and all finance related EVM compliant documentation.
-Must ensure EVM and financial information is correct and compliant to the respective guidelines.
-Ensures Estimate at Complete (EAC) reflects latest scope of work and tracks financial performance of control accounts and projects future funding requirements.
-Works closely with the Master Planner to ensure seamless integration of the IMS with the cost side of the program.
-Must interact closely with Program Management, Cost Account Managers and the Master Planner to ensure financial goals are achieved.
-Must prepare and present financial status to management.

Desired Skills: Previous experience as the Lead Financial Analyst
Strong excel skills
Working knowledge of PPMP requirements, EVM systems and IPMR reporting (Open Plan, Cobra, PM Compass, wInsight)
-Experience with LM Financial systems (SAP, Hyperion)
-Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
-Self-starter with strong analytical and communication skills
