DXC Technology has an immediate need in our US Public Sector group for a Service Desk - Tech Lead - Secret Clearance in Boise, ID.

Job Description:

Service Desk - Tech Lead - for USPS government technical call center. This is a 2nd Level Service Desk lead position. This person position assists T1 agents in call resolution to reduce agent handle time and assist with other issues and mentoring. The employee filling this position will be promoted from within the Service Desk population drawing on their Service Desk above average call skills.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • May hold 2 year post-high school Degree (technical field)

  • May hold Bachelors degree

  • May hold entry level certification(s) in field of work

  • Typically, 3-5 years of working experience in related fields
