They design and deliver all kinds of training courses – from lectures to lab exercises – for the benefit of internal and external customers. Working closely with colleagues, tech experts, partners and customers, they shape curriculum content to suit diverse needs. Everything they do is about unlocking ways to get the best from our technology.
Designs, authors or edits e-learning, web- based and classroom curriculum to a variety of audiences including employees, end-user customers, partners, re-sellers, distributors or systems integrator
Designs, develops or edits course materials within a strict yet ever changing timeline set by the business units changing timeline set by the business units
Generally follows specific, outlined and detailed procedures
Consults with team members to ensure produced training meets current needs to support learning outcomes
Participates in cross-functional meetings to support proper world-wide allocation of equipment, curriculum and training needs
Utilizes effective measurement techniques for the development of training
May develop interactive labs and learning applications using appropriate software packages
May conceptualize and create graphical images, flow charts and diagrams to support training curriculum
Must have both the necessary technical knowledge and the real-world experience in the subject matter they are assigned to develop training
If applicable, has thorough understanding and technical knowledge on supported software, systems and components
Working knowledge of and capability on supported software, systems and components
Demonstrates written and verbal communication skills
Basic experience teaching or coaching in a professional environment
Basic class presentation, facilitation and management
Demonstrates intermediate process skills and consulting skills
