Essential duties include, but are not limited to:

Answer incoming telephone calls

oAssisting callers in the best and most expedient way, according to their needs

oForwarding calls to proper personnel, taking and relaying messages in a timely manner

Provide assistance to customers and management

oAnswer questions concerning the mall, services available in the mall, and the surrounding areas

oRent strollers and wheelchairs to customers

oIssue gift cards to customers

oAssist mall management with any and all administrative tasks assigned

Dispatch, via radio system, information to mall personnel

oLog information in Dispatch Log book

oAssist security in contacting police, fire department, and emergency medical services as needed


Interpersonal skills

General computer skills

Phone skills
