VMware NSX Project Coordinator in Staines-upon-Thames, United Kingdom
Work alongside and under the guidance of the NSX Practice Delivery lead in the day to day delivery of complex needle-mover technologies and services.
Manage the creation, update and distribution of project collateral such as project plans, risk and issue logs, Communication plans, Time sheets, Project Briefs & status, pipeline, booking and revenue reports.
Ensure project objectives and deliverables for your own projects are fully agreed, documented, supported and agreed by the key stakeholders.
Directly manage clients and internal stakeholders to communicate project scope, status, billing schedules
Financial Management – costing, tracking spend, reporting and billing
Develop long term relationships and trust with clients and colleagues
Excellent analytical skills being capable to analyse information from multiple different systems and pulling them into consistent weekly reports.
Providing project oversight and leadership. Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects and individuals simultaneously.
Able to execute a given strategy without direction but inline with the strategy objectives.
Ability to understand technical scopes of works (SoWs) as it relates to NSX and NSX service offerings. In particular, is able to articulate and differentiate complexities within a SoW.
Ability to understand simple and complex resource requests and align appropriately skilled resources dependent on resource request requirements.
Proficiency in VMware service offerings, value propositions, and representative case studies
Project Planning – high-level plan development, integration to portfolio governance process
Contribute to development and maintenance of PMO standards, processes, and best practices
