Help Desk Level 2 - Need: Technical Support Engineer

Location: Salt Lake City Duration: 5+ months

Required Skills 2-3+ Years of Technical Customer Support experience

Worked within Direct Product Support environment, which included implementation.

Maintained and has been responsible for adding Users based on responsibility and group policy.

Managed escalated customer projects related to technical software issues

Proficient with Ticketing Systems Salesforce.com preferred

Working knowledge of Windows Systems - Windows XP, 2003, 2008, etc.

Understand and used the MS Office Suite - Word, Excel, and Outlook

Ability to prioritize, plan work to accomplish goals, and schedule tasks to meet deadlines.

Ability to adapt and respond positively and effectively to change, delay, and/or shifting priorities and goals. Ability to develop and maintain strong process documentation.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to convey information clearly and accurately.

Bachelor s or Associates degree in a computer related field
