Work Hours/ Schedule:
7:30 - 4 pm; Saturday and Sundays as well as weekdays as needed
Minimum Education Required:
Completion of a Physical Therapy program
Minimum Experience Required:
Minimum Licensure/Certifications Required:
Texas Physical Therapy License; CPR certification or certification within 60 days from Hire Date
Minimum Required Skills:
Good verbal and written communication skills in English; Problem – solving ability; Ability to teach others; Time management skills; Good interpersonal and customer service skills, Basic leadership skills
Patient Assessment and treatment skills for evaluation for a variety of diagnoses for ICU, oncology, orthopedic stroke and cardiac patients; documentation in the electronic health record; proper utilization of available resources, direction of therapy tech and PTA, and positive role model.
