For more information, go to http ://investor.ralphlauren.com .Responsibilities Develop a deep knowledge of the Ralph Lauren Library Video Collection as it relates to the broader history of the Company and its founder. Demonstrate responsibility for the Company’s complete inventory of all videos and related elements. Build a strong voice in championing the mission of the Ralph Lauren Library with regard to collecting and preserving all videos by building strong internal relationships with all areas of the Company that produce video. Ensure a consistent effort in collecting content, both in final creative and raw forms. Added focus on events, gathering video and related images. Communicate the Ralph Lauren Library guidelines for the delivery of video content. View, organize and apply consistent naming conventions to all new and legacy files, including but not limited to commercials, runway shows, behind-the-scene moments, style guides and trend reports, company philosophy, interviews, talks, summits and year-in-reviews, museum exhibits and a variety of philanthropic events. Act as system administrator and direct the work effort of the current Application Service Provider (ASP) by establishing key priorities with regard to transcribing and uploading content for RL Video platform. Catalogue content by adding relevant tags and keywords with consistent style for a complete record (e.g. title, talent names, shoot location, permissions/rights, usage, etc.). Provide quality assurance for optimal search results. Analyze content and work diligently to fill-in gaps where identified. Manage user accounts with access permissions; provide training for employees. Analyze user activity; gather and synthesize customer feedback to enhance future software releases. Manage the check-in/check-out process of the physical source material stored offsite. Manage vendor relationships, invoices and budgets related to RL Video. Maintain, source and purchase required equipment. Participate as a subject matter expert and future administrator on requirements, build, test, training and go live for new Video platform in the near future. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in journalism, radio/TV/film or communications preferred Experience working in Enterprise Content Management (ECM) systems Proficiency in Adobe Premiere software Knowledge of the proper controlled environments, handling, care and preservation of moving film Strong interpersonal skills; works well in a collaborative creative environment 6.
