Create an environment where calls from customers to the MBI toll free phone number are handled by a friendly caring representative that will assist them with urgency and professionalism. Individual will be responsible for interacting with customers via the phone or e-mail, including responding to voicemails left by customers. The opportunity will include other forms of information gathering that may be required to effectively service our customers.

Opportunity may also involve duties with other divisions of the Customer Service Group such as Warranty Repairs.

  • Receive daily incoming customer calls in a professional manner

  • Create a lead and document the call in Microsoft Dynamics CRM system

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to gather additional pre-qualification information before assigning the lead to our Sales team.

  • Receive and document customer concern calls (both positive and negative)

  • Involve and work with the appropriate personnel within MBI to resolve the customer’s issue, often working as the customer’s liaison.

  • Process and follow customer concerns and close out when resolved.

  • Receive, document, and respond to MBI Website e-mail inquiries daily

  • Manage the Customer Referral Program

  • Review and correct records in Microsoft Dynamics CRM system.

  • Light filing and administrative duties when applicable

  • Document and file warranty information daily

  • Individual will be cross trained with other individuals within the department and division

  • Minimum of associates degree or 2 years of customer service / office experience

  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Have good organizational skills

  • Be able to maintain customer confidentiality

  • Self-motivation is a must

  • Be a team player and work well with others

  • Must have intermediate or better computer skills. MS Excel is a must

  • Must have a positive outgoing “can make it happen” attitude

  • Regular attendance required
