Kelly Services Office Manager, $20.00/hour, Dynamic Team! in Louisville, Kentucky

Job Duties:

Greet visitors, answer phones and direct/assist call appropriately. Operate and maintain Point of Sale system for local customers. Provide general office administrative support and other administrative duties. Make travel arrangements when necessary. Responsible for maintaining and managing inventory of office supplies. Handle all outgoing/incoming mail; distribute all mail received to designated person. Prepare overnight packages as necessary. Keep lobby and common areas neat and organized at all times. Order lunches and organize meetings & schedule Conference Rooms when requested. Assist in preparation of documents, typing, and word-processing. Maintain monthly log of student workers’ time on projects. Provide support to Leadership Team for special projects. Assist marketing and human resources with creating presentations, marketing/job fairs, coordinating social events, and website updates. Review reports to ensure quality and brand standards prior to issuing.

Job Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Must have excellent interpersonal/customer service skills. Must be able to maintain a calm, courteous, and professional demeanor at all times. Strong typing and computer skills. 4-6 years prior related experience. Proficient using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
