Responsible for creation, oversight and maintenance of all pertinent customer accounts, Integrity of customer information and the associated accounting procedures. Ability to operate in a customer-focused shared-services environment (Branch Support Center).


Creating and updating customer account information received through multiple sources. Interact with salesperson/division/customer as necessary.

Place customers on Hard Credit Hold when instructed to do so or as necessary to consolidate multiple accounts.

Validate or set up account relationships

Make necessary customer account changes; notify affected parties.

Process account deactivations

Responsive to both internal and external customers, provides excellent customer service

Maintains awareness of relevant department service level agreements (SLA’s) and works to ensure agreements are met.

Process lien waivers received daily through bank lockbox.

Maintain records of all setup related activities for KPI purposes.

Supervisory or Management Responsibility – Not responsible for supervising (hiring, firing, performance reviews or corrective action) others.

Budget Responsibility – Has no budget responsibility.

Decision-Making Level and Scope – Decisions generally affect own job or specific functional area.

Independence of Action – Work is closely monitored by supervisor/manager. Detailed instructions and procedures are generally provided.

Minimum Degree: High School Diploma or GED (Minimum); Vocational or technical training (Preferred)

Course of study: Business

Special Certification or Licensing:

Special Requirements: Overtime and weekends as required


Minimum experience: 0 – 1 year experience

Required Industry Experience (Construction, Insulation, Trades, etc.): NA

Legal Age Requirements: At least 18 years of age

Must have standard, advanced, or expert skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and/or Access or other applications.

Work is performed in a typical office environment and may require standing, bending, lifting of boxes or packages under 10 lbs., and sitting for long periods of time.

Work requires regularly inputting/retrieving words or data into or from an automated/computer system.
