Kelly Services has partnered with an International Organization in Columbus, IN seeking an Application Systems Delivery Manager to be responsible for the delivery and support of applications. Ensures delivered services meet cost, quality, and delivery targets. Provide technical support and direction to teams responsible for providing end customer applications support.

Compensation Range: $48.00 per hour

Major Job Duties and Responsibilities

Stakeholder Management And Communication - Identifies, engages and manages stakeholders on a project or groups of projects. Overcomes obstacles and resistance among stakeholders. Effectively stratifies stakeholder needs and creates and executes communications plans to fit the unique needs of each type of stakeholder. Define and reinforce change and release management processes for the migration to production environments Lead Incident/Problem management and IT Operations using ITIL framework Schedule Management - Develops and maintains a cross-functional schedule. Proficient at one or more schedule management tools. Knows the right level of detail needed to use the tool effectively Collaborates with technical and in-house customer service personnel to determine nature of system delivery problems and issues. Oversees the analysis of potential technology solutions to technology issues; ensures successful implementation of procedural fixes. Implements changes to support model to better share support responsibilities across the team and with solution owners. Conducts the analysis and evaluation of applications. Develops expertise in emerging technology and software trends. Performs cost/benefit analysis when investigating purchase and development decisions for basic system changes. Assists with the development of project budgets and monitors projects for basic system projects.

Education/Experience

Expert knowledge of the full software development lifecycle: from business/systems analysis, through requirements gathering and functional specification authoring, to development, testing and delivery (Required) Lead product administration including infrastructure/capacity planning, deployment & release mgmt, patches Implement Product Migrations or Upgrade specifically in Oracle Fusion Middleware tools like SOA, OSB, BPM, ODI and BAM.
