Ericsson Senior System Developer in Beijing, China
As a Senior System Developer within System & Technology department, you will be part of the algorithm development and evolution for radio base station including multi-stands towards 5G and NR.
In day-to-day work you will be part of the System & Technology team, to explore the latest technology within Wireless Communication domain, analyze product/customer requirements, define product architecture, research and propose new solutions, design/simulate/implement related algorithms and etc.
You will focus on but not limited to the following algorithm development and evolution:
Digital Pre-distortion (Linearization)
Crest Factor Reduction
Next Generation RAN Evolution
Master degree or above in Wireless Communication, Signal Processing, Microwave, Mathematics or related majors
5+ years' experience in related industry as recognized expert, with excellent tracking record in technology and research area and proven ability to explore new territories
Ability to lead & work with a cross-functional team
Good communication both Chinese and English
Experience with Matlab/Simulink/C/C++ on DSP will be a strong plus
Experience with Algorithm design will be a strong plus
Familiar with radio/digital HW design is a strong plus
