PSE VAR is a partner engagement role aligned to SMB business and priorities. The PSE VAR is focused on driving Cloud enablement and revenue growth across a portfolio of partners. The role will engage with a portfolio of top Cloud partners to accelerate Cloud revenue & customer adds across a portfolio of top Cloud partners. The role will focus on driving enablement of the partner to have a multi-service cloud practice, anchored on these 4 key SMB strategies: 1. Marketing at Scale 2. Multi Channel Transformation 3. White Space penetration 4. Consumption & Upsell/Cross-sell. The PSE VAR role is measured on meeting assigned revenue quota and driving growth in the Cloud mix, cloud customer adds as well as multi-service cloud practice development across their partner portfolio. This role is key for the acceleration and growth of the Cloud business and supports on engaging with top cloud partners to help maintain Cloud leadership for SMB in their markets.


Exceed revenue quota goals by delivering SMB revenue growth across managed partner portfolio

Scale partner engagement with 1:few approach to drive readiness across sales, marketing, Cloud value prop and business model transformation

Manage partner portfolio performance to drive Cloud mix of the total SMB revenue, New Customers acquisition, Revenue Retention and renewals, and revenue growth.

Engage through PCMM led marketing readiness & execution engines to drive partner marketing with focus on digital marketing tactics

Build & execute partner portfolio based strategy to grow multi-service cloud capability and customer acquisition & x-sell/upsell focus

Engage across partner portfolio to address sales blockers and accelerate growth

Collaborate across SMB partner team – Cloud, Marketing – and SMS&P – Marketing, Incentives, Readiness, Microsoft Partner Network and Sales Excellence – teams to drive SMB priorities

Experience and Education

Minimum of 5 years of experience in software channel Sales or business development

Proven experience of communicating with sales leaders, marketing and technology decision makers

Demonstrate understanding of: Partner business models, business strategy, cloud solutions, financial analysis, marketing planning and customer management framework

Possess excellent cross-group collaboration skills with ability to influence across all levels of organization

Self driven, results oriented and entrepreneurial DNA

Bachelor degree: Required (Computer Science, similar information technology-related discipline or Business Administration); MBA desired
